 There’s
always been something about big cities that has attracted me. Maybe
it’s the bright lights, or the pace of life, or the natural energy
given by its residents - but for whatever reason, I find big cities
attractive and inspiring. In no place do I find this to be truer than
in my hometown of New York City. I was born in Bronx, NY, and I always have been fascinated with the rhythms of city life. As I grew and
began to pursue my relationship with Christ, God began to place a
heavy burden in my heart to live, serve, and reach New York City for
His Kingdom.

NIT Men’s Basketball Team
- National Champions 2014
Coach Pat Milligan won his 4th National
Championship this year. His previous wins were in 2006, 2009, and
2012. He chose the motto for his team “N IT to win it” and “U NIT Y.”
In the national championship game, Trinity beat Mid-Atlantic Christian
University (NC) 76 to 61. They closed the season with a final record
of 20-4.
The NIT team had a great year off the
court as well. They visited the Trinity Rescue Mission on the 2nd
Wednesday of every month, they began a mentoring program, and most
importantly, they saw two of their players trust Christ as their
Savior.
Alumni & Friends Broadcast
for Educators
Session 3 March 27, 4-5PM
Session 3 of the Alumni & Friends Broadcast for Educators is for
all teachers, regardless of the age level taught. Trinity Christian
Academy teacher, Tina Parrish, will be speaking about the lower
division and Trinity Baptist College Librarian, Dr. John Lucy, will be
speaking about the upper division on the topic “Incorporating
Technology into Your Classroom.”

LifeSong’s CD Release Concert
-Thursday, May 8, 2014
LifeSong just recorded a new CD that
will be available to Trinity for the first time on Thursday, May 8,
2014 at their release concert. The CD features favorites such as
“Orphans of God,” “Healing Is In Your Hands,” and “When I Think About
the Lord.” Everyone is invited to attend this free concert. Special
recognition will be given to previous traveling singing team members.
